This review is written by a photographic beginner. I have always been into photography and digital cameras. I've had a number of smaller digital cameras over the years so I thought it was time to get a "real one". By that I mean a SLR camera. I spent a few days looking over the internet for a decent camera that would fit an amateur photographer like myself. I decided to go with the Canon EOS 1000D.
