Tamron Adaptall-2 70-150mm F/3.5 Model 02A: Introduced in
1979 as part of Tamron's new Adaptall-2 lens line, the 70-150 model 02A is
merely a cosmetically redesigned version of Tamron's earlier Adaptall lens.
Optical performance is average while size and handling are excellent. The model
20A, introduced the following year, features a one-touch zoom/ focus collar, a
completely new optical design with above average optical performance, and
continuous focusing into macro mode with maximum macro magnification at
150mm.
